A kurzus célja és módszertana: A kurzus elsődleges célja, hogy elérhetővé tegye a résztvevők számára azt a készségszintű tudást, amivel könnyen illeszkedhetnek egy agilis környezethez, egyúttal sikeresen alkalmazni tudják az agilis technikákat és folyamatokat bármilyen környezetben (start-up és vállalati), vagy akár saját projektjeik agilis megvalósítása során.
A kurzus A hallgatók kis csoportokban egy választott projekten (akár saját startup ötleten) dolgoznak, amelynek középpontjában a fejlesztői munka iniciális indítása, a blacklog készítás és a kapcsolódó folyamatok előkészítése áll. A csoportmunka a kétnapos tréningen kezdődik, ahol le kell fektetni az egyes projektek alapjait. Majd egy újabb tréningen történik a részletek kidolgozása, ami iránymutatást nyújt a projektek véglégesítéséhez (a benyújtott projektre kapják a hallgatók az érdemjegyet). A személyes online konzultációkon a hallgatók bemutatják az előzetes eredményeiket és visszacsatolást kapnak, amivel finomíthatják a projekt kidolgozását beadás előtt.
A kurzus blokkosított időpontjai (első alkalommal a kurzus résztvevői javaslatára finomhangolható):
– Bemutatkozó előadás: Március 6. (szerda) 15:30-17:00.
– Első blokk: Március 12. (kedd) és Március 13. (szerda), mindkét nap 12:00-18:00.
– Második blokk: Április 2. (kedd) és Április 5. (péntek), mindkét nap 12:00-18:00.
– Egyéni konzultációk (ezek hallgatónként egyedi időpontban lesznek): április 22-26. között.

The format of the course: online (Teams)
The goal and methodology: The primary goal of the course is to enable participants to easily fit into an agile environment and to gain the necessary insight and courage to introduce agile techniques and processes from scratch in any (start-up and corporate) environment or even to set up and implement their own projects in the agile way. By forming small groups, you will work on a small project (start-up ideas of your own) focusing on the initial set up, preparing backlog and all related processes. The group work will start during the two-day onsite session where the groundwork of each project needs to be set. A supplementary one-day onsite session will be held, working on details and set the direction to improve the projects for the final evaluation. By the time of the remote sessions the students explain their actual results and get feedback to fine tune there ideas to prepare the necessary outputs of the exam case. On the remote session we discuss the results and define further goals if applicable.
Blocked dates of the course (can be fine-tuned for the first time at the suggestion of course participants):
– Introduction: March 6 (Wednesday) 15:30-17:00.
– First block: March 12 (Tuesday) and March 13 (Wednesday), both days 12:00-18:00.
– Second block: April 2 (Tuesday) and April 5 (Friday), both days 12:00-18:00.
– Individual consultations (these will take place at individual times for each student): April 22-26.
